My tappets are now sounding like they are going to jump out of the rocker box. I would like to try and adjust them. However as i have never tried anything like this before I am going to need as much information as possible. If anyone can point me in the direction of instructions on this forum on how to adjust tappets then that would be great or even got pictures that would be something. My guess is that might be asking a bit much for pictures. Any help would be appreciated if anyone has the time or patience.

Cheers Altransit that will do nicely. I guess I may also have to change the rocker gasket for new as well.
If I can ask one question. The van has done 180,000 miles would there be any reason to change the rockers,valves or tappets?

Hey folks,
after Reading the tappet thread above was just wondering has anyone else just done there's to 13 thou for all of them? Mine runs fine like that as I was told to do it this way. Did anybody know if anyone had them 13 thou all round and then do them properly and notice a difference?
