Can you stand on it?

According to Ford the gutters can only take 100kg. However I have had at least 300kg on a roof rack at one point - with me standing on it as well (so 400kg). I wouldnt put anything straight on the roof...

Spread your weight out on a scaffold board or similar, you'll be fine

Or use several sheets of cardboard

I definately wouldnt get on my roof - even with a load spreader. I recon the low roof pressing is stronger than the semi high pressing.
