Thats a mark 3 ex AA truck,it looks newer because it has the mark 5 grill to make it look newer but i dont know how theyve not been pulled cause it looks a wreck,by the looks of things the whole bottom half of the recovery body looks like its been coverd in cheqer plate(comon with old transit speclifts) you wouldnt miss it if you saw it.but if its done alot of car crimes the guy that owns it will keep it out of site during the day and like a bat itll only come out at night. its common in scotland for people to have two trucks, they have a half decent one for there ligit work and an old banger of a spec/beavertail or tipper. so stay weary of certain recovery operators,they might not be who they say they are.trust me ive been their. i used to own an ex aa LDV speclift which was MOT EXEMPT ,drove it with out a licence for months and never ever been stoped. you can tell a cowboy from the pros just look at there hi viz jackets
