Yep , as soon as I turned the HEX the inside rounded out , I'm going to try and weld a bolt on it next as it would be nice to use the correct hole

Drive a Torx bit into it, that is usually enough to shift it.

Middle one is the cam feed gallery.

Lower one is the coolant drain plug(?) I think.

Good advice will give that a go before the welder , it's been heated and WD40 to death so it may pop when I go back out in a minute

It's stuck in there pretty firm with sealer, firm continuous pressure rather than yanking at it seems to work best.

I found a complete turbo DI transit in my local scrap yard so I had all the corespondent bits , not sure if the turbo is actually any good but it seemed to good for £40 and it solved my clearance issue as I installed a banana engine and as my transits LHD the banana manifold fouls my break master cylinder .

I got one off ebay for a fiesta TD, knowing ford most stuffs usually the same, there are some cosworth ones on which are 1/8npt - 1/4bsp male-male, but I think these fit in the turbo, not the block...

Yeh I got all those bits it's just the fitting I have going I tot he turbo is not the same as the pipe I have so was wondering what thread the turbo was
