just had a look doesnt seem to bee any paint left on injectors,is there any way of finding out from the engine number??

I think you can :!:
What is stamped in the block,above the sump flange on the same side as the pump :?: (is where it is on a turbo)

thats the early Di, the later engines have the numbers on the opposite side, not sure what year from though

edit, i do now

just had a look the only num i can see is by the oil pressure sender which is 03f91

This engines fitted with the early type injectors so the 100ps wont fit. You can adjust the fueling screw on the back of the pump and get quite good results !

I have found some numbers exhaust side which say 4AE 1871987,which according to Andys link this engine is a 100ps epic, i have a bosh pump and injectors either the pump has been changed :?: but what about the injectors :?: :?: could this be a special build as it was fitted to a J reg ambluance from new here are a few more pics :? :?

thats the engine noah had powering the ark either had older head put on but dont think its everseen a fly bye wire pump! has it got a lift pump under exaust manifold towards back engine?

4EA is 100ps EPIC Turbo not 4AE which is what you say have!

no lift pump there is a blanking plate where it would go
