In our neighbouring city they make you register if you are a van or trailer user, they then send a book of passes to your registered address. You hand over 1 pass each time you visit.
But they will only issue you 10 passes per year.

my local will only give you 3 passes a year
so i just take a diffarent motor each time
but they take the p** some times i had a daihatsu fourtrak off roader and i smashed the back windows (the 2 bigs ones there was still 2 little ones above) so i weldded a plate over then it still had all 7 seats carpets ect but no windows and i wasnt allowed to take that it with out a pass cos they said it was a van so i told them it did have windows ect and they could see the seats ect but nope still wouldnt let me in, yet i lent works L200 crew cab pick up and drove staite in well loaded with no one saying out
