i think it would be better painted as it would add that extra bit of protection. But some say i should leave it, no need to paint it cause its galvanised and looks better without :?

it was hard work getting the old floor out, but it was defo worth it, all surprises now sorted no more holes or rotted chassis :D

really nice job
remember where youve actually welded you lose the galv it went up in a green puff through your face mask :lol:
so paint anything that doesnt move :mrgreen:
inject the box sections too :)

thanks Ron, i'm afraid i cant take credit for the welding though, i did the ripping out, and Ben did the welding. It cost me £508 in the end, but that is including the cost of the floor panel. he did an amazing job welding, sealing and undercoating, should last me a good while now. i'm going to clean the rest of the floor next and red oxide the lot :)

thanks Jack, i'm going to paint the whole floor Red Oxide next, and waxoyl inside the chassis rails :D
