Discovered today that the cab is trying to detatch from the rest of the van.
A bit of welding required

I reckon 1/2 a washing machine,6 computer side cases or 2 metal shelves should sort it

Finished welding and the inner arch looks like a patchwork quilt

It'll get me away for now though.

going to order the replacement panel and fit it before MOT.

Yeah likewise gotgcoalman, I did the inner wing arch bit where it meets the outer, but I used an old mk5 rear door as donor metal, not a washing machine  as usual I didn't think it was that bad until I got the wing off, so I only bought a new wing and rear wheel arch short section!
I knew I was gonna have to do a little fiddling and straightening and welding anyway as it already had accident damage to N/S front, which had split the panel above the valance and ripped and folded up the front corner and inner/outer wing, but after hammering, levering, jacking etc and welding in fresh metal its all looking pretty good and solid now, and the wing has been dry fitted and with only a minor shave where it fits under the wing mirror and the bottom corner below it and everything lines up nicely :D
