Today discovered that there must be a bit of air trapped in the system.
Bloody heater is blowing cold air
Not much fun driving with it like that at the moment

But then I thought I had so many mk3 bits involved that maybe this resume will be accepted. I hope.
It was a 1600 petrol campervan, replaced with a NAT engine, and sierra intake duct with weber DGAV carb + radiator.
Application of heat exchanger via pipe that crosses the large fresh water tank. Done in spring 2014.
Box and air filter from Volvo V60 in the compartment on the left and large duct up to the carburettor, summer 2014.
3 years later in the summer I would have dismantled everything to overhaul the engine with new shaft bearings, cylinder grinding and cylinder head overhaul as well.
Brake booster and master cylinder overhaul, new brake discs and front brake calipers seals and new rear brake shoes in winter 2017.
Replacing 1:5.14 differential with another 1:4.56 donor mk3
Application of a fiat panda diesel radiator in place of the now perforated and rusty sierra, summer 2018.
Expansion tank application with new float indicator, autumn 2018.
Front bodywork repainting, summer 2019.
Changing rear hub bearings and oil seals, 2022.
next interventions: application of electric fan (viscostatic defective) from fiat panda diesel and change of differential pinion oil seal.
All done by myself, except adjustments on engine and cylinder head.
Obviously with the great support of know-how and advice that I have been able to gather in this great forum.
Thank you all

Next year its new calipers and drums, it passed on em but barely.
