epic fuel pump

hi all newbe here how reliable is this epic fuel pump I have been thinking of removing it but it is a new pump fitted when I had the van .95 year 2,5 td motorhome

If it's an auto then you can't swap it for a manual pump

Pump, new pedal & cable, new cam belt & water pump while your in there.

Not one hundred percent sure, i didn't when i did mine but i believe others have had to change them, i believe i may have a set kicking about if you do need them.

my '96 Td used the original pipes from the EPIC on the bosch, they needed gently "persuading" into position, but not excessively. I would use proper bosch ones if I had any available, but not essential.

got a pump cost me 8 cans beer bargain that :D my throttle cable is linked to an acc pot cant I just mod that

Your throttle cable on a epic transit :? It won’t have a throttle cable unless it is already converted to Bosch pump,the epic is fly by wire I don’t think there’s was ever any with a throttle cable unless it maybe was fitted to the very first but I don’t think so.

its got cable gors to acc pot mine is 94 on m plate

Mk4 epics have a cable which goes to a potentiometer under the bonnet.

so can I use that cable and pedal box to be fair the van is in very good nick for a motorhome was one with the up grades I think heated seats witch I never new why when its only used in summer :D
