Not starting after injector change

Hi everybody,

I have changed all four injectors for my mk4 80hp. But when I tried to start the starter is turning but the engine is not running.
I have tried it several times but nothing is happend, only the starter is turning arround. Now the battery is empty - .
Someone now where the problem could be?
The Injectors where of the same type like the ones before, original stanadyne injectors.
I'm a bit lost now. I have also opened the fuel lines to get the air out but it's not starting.
I'm gratefull for any help to ge my transit running again.

Are they new injectors, or second hand?

anyway you will have to crack open the injector unions and crank the starter until fuel squirts steadily from each union as the engine turns, then tighten and crank again and she should start, if this fails refit the old injectors and see if it starts then.

They are Brand new and where
original packaged.
I will try it at the weekend.
Hopefully the tranny will start again

It's running again.
I have crack opened the fuel lines, closed and then started again. Now it's runnig perfect
First she started only on 3 cylinders, but then the fourth began to work.

open the front injector union
start engine

you need one open to allow the air to piss off up the pipe.
