Diagram for vacuum-operated, temp-sensitive spark control

Postby Kjeles » Fri Apr 19, 2019 8:21 pm

I have been searching the net for a diagram over the vacuum-operated, temperature-sensitive spark control system for a 1987 petrol 2.0 L Transit Mk3 made for cold climates, but no luck so far. Haynes has only a short, general description of the systems.

Do you know of any diagram that could be helpful?

I'd like to make sure I have all hoses hooked up correctly.

In case others have the same challenge, I answer my own question after checking an Mk3 2.0 L 1987 that I found at a junk yard.
Below is a diagram based on my observation. I don't know if the van had have been tampered with over the years. Is this consistent with other vans?

Updated version (added one component).
Please correct if anything is wrong.
