Anybody know where I can get proper fitted seat cover for the drivers seat with holes for 2 armrests.

Not exactly fitted but i got a pair from Argos about 5 years ago, only used one so far as the first is still in good nick, i simply cut a slit where needed for the arm rests and pulled it tight over the seat and secured it with some extra chord under the seat, fits pretty tight & been well pleased.
