Mk5 blowing fuse 19 when lights are turned on.

Recently did a Stereo upgrade and installed an aftermarket set of power windows, and am now having an issue were the front and Rear left headlights are now working, and fuse 19 blows every time I try to turn on the lights. I'm trying to unplug everything I can and find the fault, but I am very quickly blowing though 10a fuses with every attempt. Has anyone had something similar, and know where I might need to look first?
