The only hole you can see to line up without removing the front panel and rad is the Injection pump pulley one, the flywheel one is up to the right above the starter motor.

Here's a pic showing the injection pump and camshaft pinned in their correct positions.

If not already started, pin the cam shaft first then the other holes, especially the flywheel, will be in the right place. If using drills wrap tape around the sharp end!

From https://forum.fordclubpolska.org/showth ... p?t=112144 The timing setting for the Bosch pump is the same as for Lucas EPIC. One small difference - engine with Bosch pump has no crankshaft position sensor, just like the engine from Lucas EPIC in the picture. No need to disassemble it.

If you do not have the correct diameter rods, you can use a 13mm drill bit as a flywheel lock, an 8mm drill camshaft lock. The pump lock hole in the flange comes with a 9mm diameter rod, the hole in the body is 5mm - so an insulation tape up to a diameter of 9 mm can be wound on a 5 mm drill.

The whole job is quite easy to do without removing the radiator etc including changing the water pump

Can’t see the point in not take the radiator out it’s so much easier for the little time it takes to remove and the talk screws on the timing cover can be a right game the last ones I did needed a impact wrench to remove them
