mk5 identifying a perished HOSE to replace

Hi ive been under my MK5 2.5 TD transit van today looking at abit of a oil leak, VIN Number: WF0LXXBDVLVD05809
Build Date: 13.11.1997, I found and removed this small hose i noticed was in poor condition can anyone please identify the hose name etc, i have circled the hose in red in pic ,so i can get the right replacement. also would anyone know of a hose identification manual , page, etc as it would be helpful Kind Regards Tania

Do you mean the tube marked on the attachments? If so, it does not stand alone as a spare part. The tube connects the turbocharger to the bleed "Wastegate" valve actuator.
The pressure can reach 1.5 bar - a tube of thick reinforced rubber will be ok.

This is the turbocharger gate actuator hose.
It may have cracks in the outer layer of rubber, but maintain operability.
I have not seen it for sale separately, it is usually sold with an actuator.
If you removed it, then check its tightness.
If it can withstand pressure of 1.5 bar, install it in the old place, clamping the ends on the fittings with band clamps.
