Epic to bosch conversion

Postby Shanedorey » Mon Nov 09, 2020 5:13 am

Hi guys has anyone converted an auto to a bosch manual pump? Can it be done. The mechanic im dealing with saysnhes heard its possible but has never done it himself. He thinks it doesn't kick down though and needs to be driven like a manual

On an auto a bosch conversion will...

Lose you 4th gear
Give incredibly harsh gear changes
lose kickdown

Yeah, you'll have to change to a manual g/box if you want a bosch pump
