Problem with 2.5 di thermostat housing

Hi

Is my new plastic housing bad or is there some hint that ive not found?

That threaded part which locks therlostat to housing and where upper radiator hose comes goes uneven and awry when thermostat is on its place. Without thermostat it goes straight to bottom. Now it leaks because wont go straight.



If nothing helps i have to glue thermostat and but silicon that thread.

If it fits ok without the thermostat.
Have you got the thermostat in the correct way round?
Is the rubber o ring the correct size and sitting around thermostat snugly and then sitting in the correct position in the housing?

Seems that thread is too loose and little bit worn. There is about half of millimeter hole
