I was told only do the leak of mod if its running bad on tickover but i will do that tomorrow as well as changing the filter and see what happens
Anyone know the best place to buy new pipe and what size it is?

Thats correct . more likely if you haven't a fuel supply problem etc is the torque sleeve sticking in the injection pump
