Speakers with no audio

Hi!

I have a 1998 ford transit , I change the radio and put a cheap brand Sakkyo Bluetooth one with a ISO Adapter , it works perfectly for 2 days but now there is no sound from the speakers (no AM/FM , no bluetooth , no usb) , the radio goes on but no sound from the speakers, what could possibly go wrong?? any fuse that I need to check?
