Mk5 smiley bus break caliper hanger slide bolts

Hi, I'm new to the forum and to transits. I reciently bought a mk5 twin rear wheel bus that has been converted into a camper
I've been doing some internal updates and have a mechanic for the mechanical work. I needed my brake caliper hangers replaced which I have bought but he now tells me I also need the slide bolt kit to go with them which I am finding hard to work out which ones I need. Mine is a 1999 twin rear wheel bus. I am also looking to replace the wheels but are the twin rear wheels easy to find. Any help would be appreciated.

Part number 6197749 for slide bolt kit and the twin wheeler wheels are getting harder to find but they are out there.
