Bolt On Goodies

Postby barefootdrummer » Sat Oct 23, 2021 5:39 pm

Hi All, I'm trying to source a few bolt on goodies for my mk4 and wondered if anybody would be able to help. . I'm mostly looking for wheel options and wondered what steelies maybe available. Something similar to these in the picture, wider and larger diameter than standard is what I'm looking for. . As much as I've scoured t'internet, I can't find bolt-on styling goodies, as in the photo, roof spoiler etc. They're obviously out there because photos pf people's projects show these goodies being used.. . Any guidance would be much appreciated. . Ta.

I'm pretty sure that's a photoshop mock up of AlanN's van with a fictitious trailer.
He has spent many many hours making or adapting custom stuff for his van and you'll probably have to do the same if you want a similar look.
You should have a good read through his build thread to see what's involved.

Thanks Keef, I have seen this van many times online and had a feeling it belonged to a member but had no idea how to find him. I'm more interested in wheels than any kind of plastics. My main aim is to improve cornering by reducing tyre wall sag, if that improves the looks then that's fine with me but I'm not really in for the bling. Ta.
