Yes that was what I thought so I've just ordered a tee piece and enough hose to bring my gauge into the van and will do a road test and see what I get, which terminals on the MAP sensor are the resistance ones so I can check if it's working at all?
Thanks

OK here's what I got:-
A-B 33.8K ohms
A-C 724 ohms
B-C 33.9K ohms
Measured all again blowing down the air pipe and no change on any reading so guess it's goosed? I got about 2.5 psi so should be enough to cause a change in reading.
I'll get one ordered and see where we go from there.

Found the resistances for the boost sensor and mine is within the range but as it doesn't vary with pressure I've ordered a new one so will see where we are once I've fitted it, should have it Tuesday.

OK, boost sensor arrived today, fitted it and rigged up my boost gauge and went for a quick spin and got a best reading of just over 10psi, can't say I noticed any difference in performance, still struggled up my reference hill at 20mph in 1st gear foot on the boards :-(
How do I clear the fault codes in the PCM as I don't know if I've cured any of the faults or not, can't see any way to do it with the free Forscan or is there some kind of back door method?
Thanks
Graham

Just downloaded Forscan lite to try to reset my codes but it won't connect to the ELM via WiFi keeps wanting me to use bluetooth but it's a WiFi adapter so won't work, any suggestions?
It all works fine with the forscan reader app connects and shows the codes all still the same as before.
HELP!

Sorry Graham, I can't help with forscan technical stuff as I don't use it...

try a post in the technical section on the subject?

Got Forscan lite working and cleared the fault codes, only one remaining P1302 Boost callibration low so back to low boost? haven't done a road test yet have to finish painting and put the van back together first!

That would either be a faulty sensor, or the wiring between sensor and ECU

Hi Matt, I've replaced the Boost Pressure Sensor which cleared that fault code but just the P1302 code remaining so which sensor could that be?
Thanks

The only sensor that deals with boost is the one you have replaced... so it sounds like you may have a wiring fault.

Cheers Matt, my favourite pastime not! tracing wiring for faults so I'm needing to check power supply to the sensor and its connections to the DCU which is where?

I would suggest you have a look at page 26 of the Ecovippari manual (google "Ecovippari EPIC" and it will take you to the LDV manual)

The BOB it refers to is a Pass through box, with tap outs on each of the pins so you can easily measure resistances. You can either use the multimeter probes with little pins that pierce the wires, or scrape a little of the insulation off and re-tape afterwards

Found the pinouts in the EPIC manual but thought I'd have another go with the Forscan, got the boost signal on the graph and running the engine light got up to about 5 psi which was the same as on my pressure gauge so it looks like the sensor is working and sending the correct signal to the DCU.
I'm taking it for an MOT this week hopefully so will see what readings I get on the way there on the road and see how it is on the hills!
Thanks
