The front offside brake has been seizing on. I have freed it once already,stripped it all down,cleaned everything,but now its done it again
.Anybody have any ideas why and how to fix?Thanks in advance.......Kev

Seizing offside front brake.

Hi al.....not been on for a while but i need some help/info.
The front offside brake has been seizing on. I have freed it once already,stripped it all down,cleaned everything,but now its done it again .Anybody have any ideas why and how to fix?

Hi al.....not been on for a while but i need some help/info. Anyway,2000 plate Smiley.
The front offside brake has been seizing on. I have freed it once already,stripped it all down,cleaned everything,but now its done it again .Anybody have any ideas why and how to fix?

Possibly the flex line failing internally, (not common but does happen), causes a small flap of the hose internal lining to act like a one-way valve. When were they last replaced.?? They don't last forever.

I concur - change the flexi hose
