Leak oil I think underneath help!

I have a leak coming out of a hole in the chassis between the front wheels. See pic I think it’s oil. The only pipe I can see going into it is the black one. Is this normal? its a 1994 ford transit. Keeps leaving a oily puddle on my drive any idea of what it is and how to fix would be great thanks.
