How to get parts

Hi everyone,
I am new on here and need some advice please.
I am no mechanic or computer expert.
I have a lovely 1991 Transit (ex ambulance) camper van, whilst driving back from Santa Pod the front brakes started seizing on I got it to my local garage and their suppliers don’t carry stock that old and have asked me to source.
On the net all I get is that I have to put part number in which I have not got.
So is there a way of finding parts by reg of vehicle????
I need 2 front pads discs callipers and 2pins and shims.

Calipers are less so - I would suggest sending them to someone like bigg red for a refurb.
