Mk4 Brake servo?

I changed my servo/booster last year & it's definitely not right!
My old servo got thrown away before I could compare, but the pedal now has a good couple of inches of travel before I feel the brakes.
Also it sits slightly crooked on the bulkhead?

Serviced the whole braking system so all good there I think.

It's a '94 230/twin wheel bus, so I'm guessing I might need a different servo...

Anyone point me in the right direction please?
