If it started ok and the engine doesn't have too much rattle sound then the timing is probably about right, so you could try adjusting the pump fueling first.

Thanks for the link ! Looks like the post I should read.

Start is perfect so I guess I’m gonna try the adjustments screws ! And will answer back with some updates !

Hello transit people! So this smiley is back on the road since one week and rolling smooth !

Shaky start got better after taking idle fuel supply from the fuel pump. (turning counter clockwise the upper screw). And new fan flange in position and working !
