It appears there may be 2 options... an ignition pack on spark plug type (never seem one on a transit, but you never know) and a type with 2 HT leads. The 2 HT type is 95WF-12029-BA

It maybe better to get your codes read , I doubt that there is a problem with the coils, it would misfire on gas if there was .
Depending on gearing they are limited to 175kmh (108mph )top speed so you are way off power . Problems I have had with the Mk5 petrols are
1) air leaks in the inlet manifold and plenum box , that's the big plastic box over the engine
2) lambda sensor gone and restricted performance
3) the Mk5 transit has an ignition amplifier ( which sounds like your problem ) on rhd models it is close to the exhaust system on right hand side of the engine bay
What is your fuel consumption heavy or ok ? If you are traveling at 110kph you should use around 10 litres of petrol every 100kms
Please let us know how you get on

Can you send a photo of the bottom of the engine bay , drivers side and passenger side please? This will help me show you the ignition amplifier
