Increase power

Hi

I’ve a mk5 motorhome with 2.5 td motorhome but the auto box zaps a bit of power.Is there anything I can do to improve performance without it being detrimental to reliability.
I’ve heard some people talk about 2 stroke oil in the diesel, is this a good idea and would it help?

Won’t make it go any quicker, it will quieten it down a bit

That would help as it’s a bit noisy tbh.

I ran my mk 5 non turbo on it all the time never had a problem.

2 Stroke oil will improve reliability and longevity as it is a substitute for the lubricant (sulphur) which was removed from diesel in the early 00's. Definately a good idea to use it.

If you fit 100PS injectors that will help performance
