1997 DTCs Possibly injection pump and EGR ?

Hi there
Got an old 1997 2.5 its come up with the following codes (Autel MaxiCOM MK808BT PRO)
not tried it with forscan yet.
Initally the first symtom was increased engine speed, start the van give it some throttle and the engine speed would stay approx 1500-200 rpm
Shut off, unpluged TPS still the same.
Reconnected tps then it would go into limp mode after about an hours driving.
Anyone hade these symptomps before been years sinec i worked on these.
