Turbo wastegate

I'm not sure if the waste gate actuator is working properly, it moves slightly if I rev it but it looks as though its on the piss (maybe bracket is bent) and should be sitting straighter. Anyone know if it looks correct?

I also found a blow from a small round hole in the top of the inlet which wouldn't be helping things, so I blocked it off with a small bolt.
I need to see another wastegate actuator to see if it looks the same.
