Intercooler mk5

Last year I converted my camper to Bosch pump. I drove about 3000km sinds then. It is OK . Just ok.
Naw start upgraden things.
Today i start fitting intercooler to go on with the turbo boost ( didn't do eny tuning yet sinds the conversion).
Intercooler and pipes from fiat bravo 1.6jtdm fits perfectly ( the original hard to find).
Sets in front of radiator ( cut 1.5cm from the bumper).
The air filter box is not really in the way but i have a cold intake filter ( i will see tomorrow).
Some pictures. Tomorrow i will finish it and test drive.

Voilà. Intercooler in place.
Pipe work is not easy. 90% of it came from fiat bravo.
Start wel . Tomorrow test drive.

So far so good.
Waste gate 2mm shorten
Fuel 1/4 turn in.
Intercooler in place.
Cold intake filter ( dont want it. But need the space).
And guest what. Hij drive reaaaaaly goooood.
Big big difference from before.

Still to do
Power steering tank somehow in place ( intercooler pipes tok the space).
Aluminium heat sheet between the exhaust manifold and from the turbo pipe to protect it
Shorten the exhaust
It is a 2 mufflers exhaust
Somebody knows if i can delete one muffler??
Will it be too loud??.
