Is this a problem? Should I remove the turbo to check for bearing condition?

You can check the turbo play be removing the air pipe from the air cleaner are you getting dripping oil onto the floor or odd drops
your other post is in the same area are you having to top up the power steering both area’s really need a good power wash off it could just be many years of buildup and it would be best if you put it all in one post

Many years of build up, doesn’t seem to be leaking constantly. I’ll give it a good clean. I’ll try what suggest to see how much I free play there is. Since I have the radiator off might as well do everything I can while weather is good. Was thinking of flushing the radiator and engine cooling channels, any suggestions here how to do it, water and white vinegar?

At work at the annual mot and service for hgvs and PSVs we had to remove the intercooler wash it out usually with a pressure washer as you always get the turbo passing a small amount of oil even though the clips for the turbo pressure side you can get a smaller amount of oil getting a small buildup on the joints
