does anyone know if theres any difference between a non-turbo and a turbo manifold on a 1999 not banana?

i think what he was getting at is there any diffence at the head end .... port spacings etc !! .... unfortunately i dont know

if you mean the head end then no difference as i ran a n/a exhaust gasket on a td engine as it was all i could get at the time it worked and is still on the blue van today!

if your looking for a turbo manifold pm me as i have got one kicking about somewhere also got a turbo was reconned about 12 k ago it is the kkk type turbo

ive just replaced the manifold (turbo) , on the top of the manifold there where another pipe with two bolt which fits to the top of the manifold , i got the gasket for that , when i took the old one off , someone had shaped a piece of metal accros the hole, anyone any idea why this may of been done?

That's the EGR system. It's supposedly there to reduce emmisions but that seems to be open to question. There's plenty of people who disable the egr system and claim to have had great results. Normally this is done by blocking off the pipe that drives the egr valve but blocking the actual EGR pipe would also work. Thats what someones done to yours.
