i was just poking around the dash of my new van and all the blanking pugs for the switches have wiring/plugs going to them, does this mean the wiring is in the van for the heated seats and other stuff??

i already have everything else electric :D

ford often do that.
look in your fusebox at the fuse position for the heated seats, if there is contacts on both sides you will have most of the wiring fitted
