Dash

Cost of a replacement depends if you buy private or trade,£50 max?
To replace the dash?I would allow 1/2 a day,Remove steering wheel using 22mm socket and extention bar, remove switches from around column, remove cover around clocks, undo screws for the radio surround and the cover around the fog light witches etc and carefully pull away.
Undo the instrument screw-pull forward and remove wiring sockets and speedo cable.
Remove screws from below the heater controls(just above the pen holder).NOW remove the screws holding the dash pad, below the screen, insde the doors, under the glove box, fuse box and the steering column.
Dash SHOULD pull off?Check for extra wiring for alarms etc that may have been threated through the dash.
