I doubt that they would even bother to dig that deep, given they don't have huge amounts of man power. As LPG rises in popularity though.......
What you would have to look at is being stopped at a roadside check, as in for red diesel. If thre is no way of telling the different grades of LPG apart, seems like a loophole
