fuel leak from the pump

hi has any one got a cure for me,i put diesel in the tank of my 98 swb 2.5di tranny ,as well as burning it quite well ,it has a leak at the pump i have no idea about mechanics other than throwing filters at vehicles and i only bought this one yesterday.the fuel is leaking from the pump ,there is a square plate with four screws on it and a bolt in the middle,a rubber gasket behind it,it is dripping out of there.the van is under warranty and the pump is covered.thanks

Take it back mate, why get your hands dirty if somebody else has to do it for free?
