Got the first bits for 70ps turbo conversion.

I have been looking out for turbo conversion bits for a long time. Here in Holland they are hard to find.
But now i've made a start by buying an exhaust manifold of ebay, turbo with drain and oil feed pipe and a short bend to exhaust downpipe.
On the forum i stumbled across a thread with a 70ps inlet manifold. (See picture)

*I was wondering if i could leave the inlet manifold intact (remove the inner flap) and just connect a hose/pipe to it .

*Can i block off the oil cap or do i need the pipe.
