transit spec lift

Hi again everyone I have a 1988 ex AA Mk3 transit with a Brimec up and down and in and out spec lift fitted, I have just had one of the rams resealed and would like to know which hydraulic oil 32 or 46 viscosity I should use to refill the system and how much it is likely to hold the pump is electric. Also if anyone has any experience of these types of hydraulics I have loads of questions like does the system self bleed. I hope I am posting this in the right place as it is transit related but maybe a bit off topic many thanks Chris

Hi Chris......3-4 litres of 32 should do the job.

Just run through all the functions of the rams to bleed
