Locked out

I have managed to lock the keys inside my non central locking MK5 (don't ask!!!!) Is there anything I can do short of putting the window in?

The AA or RAC usually manage to open locked cars, or try your local car thief!

Don't think it wise to post how to break into a Transit on an open forum. Some oik tried to drill my back door lock and failed so I think there's more to it than should be revealed?
