engine management light

Postby catweazle » Wed Mar 03, 2010 11:48 pm

Hi, i have a 99 Vreg T150 2.5 Turbo which i want to sell soon but though it runs well the engine management light comes on ,turn engine off and start again- light off then comes on again later. Had it checked , its the injector pump rotor position sensor, diesco in ipswich say it will be 500 quid to repair, is there really no way round this? Cheers for any info.
