it sounds great first press of pedal ,then it goes flat

Pump timing could be out a little if its had a recent cambelt. Has it always been like this, or progressively got worse? If its the one in your profile pic, thats a hella lot of metal to drag around with a 2.5 di, so I wouldn`t expect amazing performance. You could also try the power up mods in the How To section. They can really help

not that one ,it's a l/w all ways been the same .the profile one is a pinto, soon to be a di
