have you tried a little heat via blowlamp-usually works on most siezed nut/bolts.

I've had to do just that in the past, if you have the complete section of replacement pipe with the nuts trapped on its length which lets face it, its not much use if it doesnt , then go for broke with a hacksaw. the bit your trying to save is the load valve and not the nuts !

Heat has been suggested which is always good and then whilst the nuts are hot a good dose of easing oil, but try not to heat the load valve as it may not do the internals any favours.

A small set of stillsons can be a blessing or a good pair of last resort grips can work wonders in these situations.

Ive just had to replace this same pipe for the mot!
Came off ok with lots of wd40 left soaked over night. 8)
I wouldnt recommend replacing the pipe with a second hand one; better to get your local motor factors to make you a new copper one; otherwise you might be doing the same job again in 12 months time!
