Hi I have an old '95 minibus and wanted to fit aircon. I know there are a few aroun as I have seen em at scrapyards, Is it hard to do and is it worth the agro.

Once on his MK5 and then on his MK6 :D
If you're into removing dashboards etc... then yes :!:

It's easy if you have a donor vehicle with air con. Then you just swap everything over. Still a lot of work. Like Andy said, dashboard out etc.
Some people are like slinkies, not really good for anything
but they bring a smile to your face when pushed down the stairs.
