Torque settings?

Is there a comprehensive list of the torque settings used on the smiley transit at all? I really grudge to pay out for a haynes manual, when the torque settings page is the only one I`d ever use. For my Toyota, someone has a webpage with the full Toyota Service & Repair Manual in PDF form online....gues I`m kinda hoping that something similar exists for the tranny
