hi just wandered wheres the cheapest place to get these and how much i saw onone post someone mention they could get them for £60 but didnt mention where from

Adapter plate for what? The Di to MT75? They are the most common one around and you should get one easily from a scrappie for a tenner

lol no sorry i was talking about the wheel adapters should of made myself a bit clearer really

Just go to a decent engineer, like I said in another post.....take a front hub and the wheel you want to fit and I'm sure they can be made.

true its just finding them round here in the sticks lol i could prob do it my self but i cant really do a lot till i get my garage up coz my shed is up to the ceiling at the min with compressors and all my tools and the pillar drill is at the back under everything so im struggling a little at the min but ill prob phone round some places

twas me who was quoted £60, you will need a rotary table and a vertical miller to make them (and a bit of machining experiance) the fronts will redrill - ive yet to see a pic of mk3/4/5's redrilled but i know it's been done, the rears is easyer to make adapters, have a good read of my tech how too there is a drawing in there copy it and take it to a machinists next time your near civilisation and they should be able to quote you from the drawing
