94 2.0 (carb) cambelt change

The 2.0 petrol isn't covered in the haynes manual

Van came with new belt in glovebox and just ordered tensioner

whats the crack?

on a 94 should be a pinto the carbs are abit of a strange setup on them they are like a twinchoke weber but with allsorts of pipes and gadgets all over them!

oh yeah didnt see that

cambelt change hmmm pritty strait forward if i remember right, no special tools - well ive never used any line the camshaft up with a mark on the head at bottom and off you go

Once you line up the camshaft mark all the others with tipex incase you knock it.

crank has mark on. if you remove dissy cap, rotor arm and dust cap there it a scribe mark on the rim to line the rotor up to

You can use all the marks as they are its just easier to hilight them so you can find them. unlike what i did
