heres a website for all oils and lubricants, it covers 99% of all vehicles just go to the uk part of the site and then the enter reg page and enter your reg no, will tell you every thing, engine oil, axle oil, gearbox oil

Totally agree you can’t beat regular oil changes at less then the mileage they give for modern oil
